Par Avion is the official housing bureau of Response Expo 2016. We've negotiated room rates at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, the official Response Expo host hotel, for all attendees, exhibitors and sponsors. Par Avion is the only company that is handling the hotel reservation process for our exhibitors and attendees. If you receive any calls from a company soliciting you to reserve your hotel rooms with them, please ignore those calls.
BADGE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING HOTEL ROOMS
All guests must provide their badge registration number when booking their hotel reservations. Once you register for your show badge, you'll be sent the link to reserve your hotel room. Only guests who have registered for Response Expo will be able to reserve a room at the discounted room rate. Guests found entering an incorrect registration number while reserving their hotel room will be subject to cancelation. Discounted hotel rates are only available thru Par Avion, the official housing company for Response Expo. Rooms fill up fast so don’t wait!
